The normative reference for KYLLO. Every section below is version 0.1 and Initial Draft, except Section 57, which is a Working Register.
How to read the numbering
File numbers and section numbers are both preserved exactly as supplied.
They agree for TECHSPEC-01 – TECHSPEC-21, then diverge: file TECHSPEC-23
contains Section 22, TECHSPEC-24 contains Section 23, TECHSPEC-25 contains
Section 24, TECHSPEC-26 contains Section 25, and TECHSPEC-27 contains
Section 26. There is no TECHSPEC-22 file and no Section 27 in the source
material. Nothing has been renumbered; see
audit AUDIT-001 in reports/documentation-audit.md.
